Winter Beer Fest 2025 Volunteer Sign-Up

Dates: Friday, Dec 19 and Saturday, Dec 20

Location: Victory Hall at The Boxyard, 1201 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134

As a thank you for helping to make the magic happen, you'll get a Winter Beer Fest pass—you can enjoy all the bountiful beer and merriment. Please feel free to share this form with reliable friends and family :)

Venue set-up/Vendor Load-in 7am-12pm
Brewery Load-in 12:00pm-5:00pm
Brewery Orientation 5pm
Event Hours 5:30pm-9:30pm

Saturday, December 21st 

Set-up/Brewery Arrival 10:30am-12pm
Brewery Orientation 12pm
Event Hours 12:30pm-4:30pm 
Brewery Load-out 5pm

Possible responsibilities would include: 

Set-up/load-in
Check-in assistance 
Pouring assistance, as needed 
Runner (ice/messenger/etc) 
Load-out/tear down

We will keep your "shifts" short, no more than 4 hours max. More details to come! Thank you, again. We couldn't do this without you :)
