I grant permission to Project Sweet Peas, including its staff, representatives, partner organizations, affiliates, sponsors, and collaborating companies (“Released Parties”), to photograph, record, and use images, videos, audio recordings, written statements, testimonials, and other media of me and/or my child(ren), and any media that I voluntarily provide (“Media”), for educational, awareness, marketing, fundraising, advocacy, and mission-related purposes. Media may be used in print, digital, online, social media, and other formats, locally or worldwide, without compensation or further notice.
I confirm that I have permission from all individuals who appear, are heard, or are identifiable in any Media I provide, including parent/guardian permission for any minors. I understand that Project Sweet Peas may edit, copy, publish, translate, and distribute the Media in whole or in part. I release and hold harmless Project Sweet Peas and the Released Parties from any claims related to the use of the Media, including privacy, publicity, or compensation claims.
If minors are included, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and authorize use of their image, voice, and/or statements. I understand I may revoke this permission at any time by submitting a written request to Project Sweet Peas; revocation applies only to future use and not to materials already created, published, or shared.
