    How do developmental differences present in early school environments within the umbrella of neurodiversity? We will learn how to identifying stress causation, internalization vs externalization of stress, and strategies that can yield increased regulation for those that may be having difficulty accessing their educational and play environments. 
  • About the Speaker

    Lina Fancy, MSc., AMFT, has over 24 years of experience in the Neurodiversity field, including 12 years as Director of Jumpstart at the Autism Center of Northern California, where she provided behavior consultation, developmental coaching, and educational advocacy. She now leads LF Autism CA in the Bay Area, offering holistic family support and collaborating with developmental psychologists and pediatricians to guide families post-diagnosis. Lina recently completed her MFT at Dominican University and plans to expand her services to include psychotherapeutic support for couples, siblings, and families. She also serves as Program Director of FITT within the Marin Foster Care Association and integrates her training in EMDR, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches to support trauma regulation, under the supervision of Dr. Sara Edrington.
