CAMPER RELEASE/PARENTAUTHORIZATION FORM
This form is used to identify people what are approved to pick up your camper. This includes immediate family and parents. If the person picking up your camper is not listed on this form the camper will not be released to them, this includes PARENTS. This is our effort to insure the safety of your camper. All persons picking up campers will be required to show photo identification.
