You will need to pay for your camping/ yards separately
They are to be arranged through the facility managers yourself. Details will be emailed to you after you book.

Deposit system

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book
Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to the clinic
Cancellation fees are: $50 prior to 8 weeks of clinic. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 8 weeks of clinic, unless the clinic runs full, in which case $100 cancellation fee will apply. Bookings are only transferable outside of 6 weeks of the clinic.
