      • If there are more details required or dates are not available, I will contact you to discuss
    2. Once the request is validated, you will receive an Agreement via email for your review and signature
    3. When the agreement has been electronically signed by you, the inspection appointment is considered confirmed
      • If you need to cancel or change your inspection, please do so ASAP preferably no later than the day before to avoid a possible cancellation fee.

  • Please Note: The completed inspection report will only be sent to the client or clients named above. The client is free to distribute the report to whomever they wish however.
