    What Happens Next: Once you hit the Submit button below,

    1. I will receive and review your request as quickly as possible, often immediately. If there are more details required or dates are not available, I will contact you to discuss.
    2. Once the request is validated, you will receive an Agreement via email for your review and signature
    3. When the agreement has been electronically signed by you, the inspection appointment is considered confirmed (Important! The ageement must be signed before the inspection can begin)
    4. If you need to cancel or change your inspection, please do so ASAP preferably no later than the day before to avoid a possible cancellation fee.
