Application Guidelines

Application MUST be completed by the student's teacher, who must be a current ARMTA Calgary member. Each teacher may submit students up to a maximum of *12 minutes of performance time (for all students combined). Exceptions could be made for students at level 9 and higher, if time allows.

Performance selections cannot be modified after this form is submitted.

PLEASE NOTE this is venue has limited seating. Once we close registration you will be contacted to obtain the number of guests you will be bringing. We expect to accomodate 2-3 guests per performer (depending on how many register to perform).
