    We welcome food businesses serving Northern Colorado and hold space for startups and nonprofits.

    • Cottage bakers (we have an on-site stone mill!) and makers leveling up 
    • Food trucks and mobile vendors (we have easy parking and a big garage door)
    • Packaged snack and beverage startups 
    • Health and eco-conscious brands 
    • Community chefs and instructors
    • Pet treat makers
    • Startups on a budget
    • Nonprofits 

    Our community kitchen is open to demos, workshops, and classes. 

    Rates and Fees

    Non-Members: $24/hr

    Dishwashing Only: $18/hr

    Nomad Members:

    Billed by invoice on the first of the month. Save with a Nomad Membership. Membership includes a bank of hours below and one shelf of dry storage. 

    10 hrs/mo – $210 ($21/hr)
    20 hrs/mo – $400 ($20/hr)
    40 hrs/mo – $720 ($18/hr)

    Special use equipment only available for members.

    Special Use Equipment

    $125/month for NOMAD Members only during membership hours.

    $30 one-time fee for mandatory training by a NOMAD staff member to show you the ropes.

    Special use equipment includes:

    • Harvest Right Freeze Dryer
    • New American stone mill
    • Komo professional mill and flaker
    • 2 professional dehydrators.
    • The mills and flaker are operated by NOMAD Staff on your behalf. 

    Workshops & Classes:

    $35/hr non-members
    $30/hr members
    $40/hr weekends

    Non-Member Storage: 
    Dry shelf – $40/mo

    Cold – $50/mo

    Freezer – $60/mo

    Startup Fee: $150
    (This fee goes to upkeep and to support nonprofit Sproutin’ Up for our kitchen community's composting program)
