Conference Travel Grant Scheme for Regional Researchers

This grant supports NSW Regional Cancer Research Network (the Network) members to present cancer research at recognised scientific or professional conferences in Australia or overseas. Funding removes cost barriers so presenters can share results, build collaborations, and bring back skills, networks and practical approaches that strengthen research capacity and help clinicians, researchers and healthcare workers improve cancer care and health outcomes in their communities.

Who can apply: current Network members who are the presenting author on a submitted oral or poster presentation on a cancer research topic at a recognised conference. Acceptance of an abstract is not required to be eligible for funding; however, funding is conditional on submission of an abstract.
