Please read the information below prior to submitting your form for 2026 as requirements have now changed effective from January 2026.
2026 SESSION TIMES:

9am - 5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)

- 8 hours

SESSION FEES FOR 2026:

8 hour Sessions - $141.60

Please refer to our Fees Policy for further information regarding our Fees and other charges payable for 2026.
MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENT FOR 2026:

Over recent years, we have identified that children who attend care only one day per week often find it difficult to settle into the program and often experience significant distress when returning each week. To address this and to better support children’s learning, development and sense of belonging, a minimum of two sessions per week is now required for all term bookings.

Requests for fewer sessions may be considered only when a child also attends another early childhood education and care (ECEC) service, such as a kindergarten, and attending two sessions at Playcentre is not reasonably practical.

Proof of attendance at the other service may be requested.

This minimum booking requirement does not apply to casual bookings.

APPLICATION DEPOSIT
An Application deposit will be required to hold your chosen places. This deposit will be equivalent to 2 sessions of care per day required.

This deposit will be deducted from your first invoice.

This deposit is only refundable if we are unable to provide you with the days requested. There are no refunds possible for any change of mind etc.
