1. Performances will take place under the FS Coffee co pavilion located at 14 W Tabernacle St., St. George, UT. We will rotate the position of the performers to facilitate easy breakdowns and set up.
2. Set-ups will start one half hour before your set-time. If you need more time, please be sure to reach out with specifics once your performance application has been approved. Breakdowns will commence immediately at the end of your set. Please be ready to be completely cleared from the stage in 30 minutes.
3. All performers are responsible for bringing their own PA/sound equipment. Roam Wild is just providing the space and the audience.
4. Breaks: For one-hour performances you are permitted one 15-minute break. For two-hour sets you are allotted two 15-minute breaks or one half-hour break. Excessive breaks or sets starting 30min late will be subject to $25 deductions. These performances are the sole entertainment of Roam Wild and will be promoted fiercely. We want to provide a reliable and consistent experience for our customers and vendors.
5. All performers are allowed to ask for tips and sell/promote merchandise.
6. Roam Wild is open to the public and is an all-ages venue for all hours of operation. As such Roam Wild does not allow performances that we feel represent or promote bigotry, hate, extreme violence, are politically charged, or any other inappropriate materials including pornographic materials. Any performance of songs, banter, or displays that violate this parameter will be terminated without compensation.
7. Market Management reserves the right to remove any performers whose behavior is perceived as combative to the processes or event regulations. This also applies to any vendor whose behavior or comments are perceived as racist, offensive, threatening, or insulting. Roam Wild Market is an inclusive community event, and such actions will not be tolerated by The Roam Wild Staff. Any such behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the market and performers will forfeit compensation.
