SELLER WAIVER

The above-noted and undersigned Seller hereby:

(i) releases and forever discharges the below listed entities from any and all claims of any kind whatsoever, including any action brought by buyer of my equipment, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the Ski Dazzle SWAP; and

2) agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless: ASM Global Parent, Inc., AEG Management LACC, LLC, the City of Los Angeles, Ski Dazzle LLC, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and insurance companies, hereinafter the ‘Indemnities” and “Hold Harmless Group” or “ Released Parties”) for any liability, claims, or actions for injury, death, or damage to personal property, or use of my equipment by any buyer, relating to me placing, and selling, my ski, snowboard equipment, gear or other items in the Ski Dazzle SWAP.

My acknowledgement, as Seller, of this Waiver is evidenced by my signature below.

Check the Donate Column if you do not want to pick up your item if it does not sell. If not checked, and your item does not sell, we will donate your item to a charity of our choice.
DROP OFF HOURS: Fri, 12/5/25 from 3pm to 9pm / Sat, 12/6/25 from 10am to 7pm.

No Items accepted for sale on Sunday, 12/7/25

PICK-UP HOURS: Sun, 12/7/25 from 3pm to 8pm. If not picked up by 8pm, items will be donated to a charity of our choosing.
