Ad copy and payment must be received by Feb 1, 2026 to guarantee placement in the program.  Ads received after Feb 1 will be included in the program at our discretion.  They will be listed on the CFF website and at the event.

• Please provide a color digital file (300 dpi or larger).
• Accepted formats are JPG, PDF, TIF or EPS.
• Poor quality images will not be accepted.
• If you have difficulty, please email your file to info@CarolinaFiberFest.org
• All ads must meet size specifications and require no additional work.

• A thumbnail of your ad will be displayed on our Sponsors page. Clicking on the thumbnail will take the viewer to a fullsized version, which links directly to your website.
• JPG file format only, 72 dpi preferred.
• Full-sized ads can be up to 600 pixels wide.
• If your ad is larger than 180x150 pixels, you may choose to send a second file with a 180x150 thumbnail.
