Do you have any allergies or dietary restrictions? If so, please explain
Will you need to bring medication to the event? Please note that we will have Ibuprofen and Tylenol on-site, so you will not need to bring them. All medication will need to be put in a clear plastic baggy with your name, dosage and times to be given on a label on the baggy. All medication will be taken at registration check in at US Bank Stadium and given to the nurse on-site. You will pick it up at the end of the event back at the high school. Please list all medications, dosages and times to be given below.
Ticket Price: $150 +tax
- No Refunds, duplicate ticket purchases will be applied toward student scholarships.
- Picture ID Required at check in.
- No bags will be allowed into the event, except for one clear plastic zip-lock type bag containing a swimsuit only.
- Students must remain for the entire duration of the party.
