I give, devise, and bequeath to the Fred Finch Youth & Family Services, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (Federal Tax ID: 94-0474080):
--the sum of ________________________________________ dollars ($______)
or
--the following described property, to wit: __________________________________________________________________
or
--________________ percent (______ %) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate. This gift is made as an endowed (or a non-endowed) fund, the income only of which shall be used (if non-endowed, the principal and income of which shall be used) for the following purpose: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
In making this gift it is my intention to _______________________________________________________, and I desire that the foregoing statement of purpose be liberally construed so that this objective may be fully accomplished.
I instruct that all of my charitable gifts, bequests and devises shall be made, to the extent possible, from property that constitutes “income in respect of a decedent” as that term is defined in the Internal Revenue Code.
If in the judgement of the Board of Directors of Fred Finch Youth & Family Services, it shall become impossible for Fred Finch to use this bequest to accomplish the specific purposes of this bequest, Fred Finch may use the income and principal of this gift for such purpose or purposes as the Board determines is most closely related to the restricted purpose of my bequest.
