Printed Souvenir Program

We are excited to offer our popular Souvenir Program in 2026. Returning this year to the preferred A5 format, the program will include event information, editorial and opportunities for our Trade Village exhibitors to advertise special promotions. Acting as a piece of festival memorabilia, spectators will be able to purchase a program when they secure tickets online. A limited batch will be printed.

Select your preferred site

If you would like a larger trade space you can select adjoining sites in limited areas as outlined within. We will do our best to allocate you with your preferred location, however, please note the final allocation of sites is at the discretion of the organising committee to ensure a balanced, aesthetically pleasing Trade Village for spectators, exhibitors and sponsors. Note: Site numbers missing from list below have already been allocated to Event Sponsors and other buyers.

Payment

A $550 inc GST non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking of each site with remaining balance payable by 27 March, 2026.  You will be notified by email approx 10 days before the balance is due.  Sites not fully paid after the due date will be returned for resale and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Applications submitted without payment of a deposit will be disregarded.

The balance must be paid in full by 27 March 2026. Sites booked after this date are required to pay in full within 7 business days with full payment before start of event.

NOTE:  Select your site numbers from the list below.  If you select multiple adjoining sites - you do need to pay the deposit for each site. (eg Site 30 and 31 would require a deposit of $1100 plus GST).

Agreement

I / We have read and agree to abide by the General Conditions of Contract and the Rules and Regulations as stated within this document and the Terms and Conditions document and any amendments advised by Horse Trials Management as a condition of the allotment of space.

I / We agree to pay the total cost as indicated by the payment terms on the invoice sent to me by Horse Trials Management. This Booking Contract is binding once accepted by Horse Trials Management notwithstanding any Government restrictions.

Current insurance Certificate of Currency for a minimum $10 million Public Liability Insurance must be provided to the Trade Village Coordinator by 4 April 2025 for this booking to be honoured. Please note: Penalty charges will be incurred for any changes to stand layout / build within 2 weeks of the Event. Any stands cancelled within 45 days of the Event will receive no refund.

I / We agree to abide by the terms of trade as identified in the Trade Village Information Pack and understand failure to do so may mean our exhibition is closed or barred at future events.
