The Lancaster Football Netball Club is built on volunteerism; every coach, team manager, official and volunteer is giving up their time to ensure our players have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of playing netball. It is understandable, however, that on occasions you may disagree with your coach, team manager, team mate, or officials' decision-making, and we encourage all concerns to be discussed openly and respectfully.
We therefore ask that you deal with any concerns or disputes using the process below;
1. Approach your team manager in person at training or outside of game time. Alternatively, you can also contact your team manager via Facebook Messenger to raise your concern.
2. If your concern is specific to a coaching issue, please still raise this with your team manager, and an appropriate time to discuss with the coach will be organised. Please do not raise concerns with a coach on game day.
3. If the issue is unresolved, please discuss with the Junior Netball Coordinator, Lisa Booth, in person or via FB Messenger.
4. If the issue remains unresolved, we encourage you to make contact with the Grievance Officer, as per the LFNC Concerns & Grievances Policy.
