3 - Practical/physical Aptitude & Safety Awareness

While climbing at the very top of the grade range isn’t essential for this role, we do want applicants to have a solid understanding of climbing movement and technique. Please tell us the bouldering grade you typically climb comfortably — the grade you can usually complete within your first or second attempt. You can use either the Hueco (V-grade) or the Boardroom letter grade scale.
