In this webtalk with the South American Network for Environmental Migrations (RESAMA) we will analyze the emerging intersections between climate justice, human mobility, and human rights within the framework of the Inter-American human rights system. Building on the Court’s recent Advisory Opinion 32-2025, the seminar seeks to explore how this landmark interpretation contributes to the recognition of the rights of individuals and communities displaced or affected by climate-related events, as well as to the broader development of climate justice in Latin America and the Caribbean.
