Pre-orders are accepted now through Nov 5th with a $25 DEPOSIT. Pick up date options are Nov 23-25. Total payment (based on final weight) is due on pick up at The Co-op (93 Cranston St, Providence). 14-16 lb Average cost at pick up will be 104.85

18-20 lb Average cost at pick up will be 132.81

General recommendation is 1.5 lb per person, which will give you leftovers.

(Pro Tip: make a delicious stock for soups with the bones and veggie scraps later!)
