Girls For Climate Action(G4CA) runs a Climate Corps Fellowship annually in a bid to strengthen the capacities of young women and girls in Climate Leadership, Natural Resource Governance and Policy to meaningfully engage in decision making processes on climate change and gender intersections.

The Climate Corps Fellowship runs for six months with a one week residential training, one month of virtual sessions and three months of mentorship with highly experienced professionals in the climate space.

The mentorship comes as an experience to shape the fellows' individuals projects as they implement in communities.

Eligibility

Have 3-5+ years of experience in the climate space, natural resource management, policy, climate financae or related areas.
Be available to mentor voluntarily.
