  • Please fill out the following form to participate in the auction and place your bids. The sections are as follows: contact information, authorizing a valid credit card, agreeing to terms, and indicating auction lots of interest. Each section must be completed to register as an Phone/Absentee Bidder. For more information, please review our Terms and Conditions. 

    If you would like to make changes after submitting this form or have any questions, please contact Bidding Support at +1 207 354 8141. Confirmation of bids will be emailed to your listed email by the end of the following business day.

    This money is being reserved, not charged, and will return to your account within 7 days. Any absentee or phone bids submitted without a valid card will not be recognized and therefore not executed during the auction. If you have any questions, please contact our front desk (207-354-8141).

  • Bidder must fill in lot number, description, and select whether they are placing a phone or absentee bid. Please check the “+1” box if you would like to bid one increment above the absentee bid in the event of a tie bid. If “+1” is not indicated by the bidder, a “no” response will be assumed. In the event there is a discrepancy between the lot # and the description, the representative will go by the description. If the description is not clear, the bid will not be executed.

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT BIDS THAT ARE LESS THAN 50% OF THE LOW ESTIMATE WHERE THE LOW ESTIMATE IS $1,500 OR GREATER.

    In case we are unable to reach you for your telephone bid for any reason, we recommend leaving a ‘safety bid.’ The safety bid is an amount that you feel comfortable with us bidding up to on your behalf, like an absentee bid. As we execute the bid, we will continue trying to reach you on the phone until the piece sells.
