  • To Apply, You Must:

    Must be at least 21 years old Must be fluent in Spanish (required) Must have experience working with children and youth Must have experience managing others (peers, volunteers, or staff) Must have personal, professional, or volunteer experience in community outreach Must be comfortable driving a 12-passenger van (valid driver’s license required) Must be dependable, professional, and able to lead peers and youth in a structured setting Must be available to work weekday afternoons, as well as evenings and weekends for events such as Hope Nights, STEM Bus events, and organization-wide initiatives Must be organized, proactive, and capable of managing incidents, communication with parents and partners, and supporting daily operations in the absence of the Hope Centers Director Must pass a background check and driving record checkMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs Cy-Hope is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law
