This proxy form will be used by the club secretary/committee to submit club votes for the Mountaineering Scotland EGM being held on Sat 29 November 2025 at 10am.

Clubs have been allocated a number of votes via email. Not received your voting allocation? Get in touch.

Clubs are asked to submit all votes in advance of the meeting meeting due to the complexity of the club voting process. To ensure your club votes are included these should be submitted no later than 5pm Tuesday 25 November 2025.
