Club voting form

This proxy form will be used by the club secretary/committee to submit club votes for the Mountaineering Scotland AGM and EGM being held on Sat 29 November 2025 at 10am.

Clubs have been allocated a number of votes via email. Not received your voting allocation? Get in touch.

Clubs are asked to submit all votes in advance of the meeting meeting due to the complexity of the club voting process. To ensure your club votes are included these should be submitted no later than 5pm Tuesday 25 November 2025.

f) The election of the President, Treasurer and Board members

Under Article of Association 6.5, and in the absence of competing nominations, all of the existing directors are eligible to serve and continue until the 2026 AGM without the need for a vote.

It should be noted for information that Fiona Bennett, Treasurer and Director of Finance, will formally be stepping down at the AGM. Fiona has agreed to continue to support the board until the end of the year and a recruitment process will be taking place to find a suitable replacement.
