We follow Guilford County School’s inclement weather policy and will be closed or delayed when GCS is closed or delayed.

2nd Saturday Open Studio:
Figure Study with a live model

Once a month from 10:00am-12:30pm

There will be no formal instruction—just time and space to focus on your own process.

Each month brings a different model, offering fresh opportunities to practice gesture, proportion, anatomy, and line work.

Bring whatever materials inspire you to create—charcoal, ink, paint, collage, or other creative tools. Easels/tables will be provided.

A $15 facility fee secures your spot; model fees will be divided among participants based on attendance.

Disclaimer for paying in person:

Submission of this registration form reserves your spot in class.

If the class becomes more than half full, prepayment will be required to hold your space. Payment may be made in person or online through an invoice and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the start of class.

If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice, regardless of whether you have prepaid or plan to pay in person. This policy allows the instructor to prepare supplies appropriately and ensures that spaces are available for others.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice or failure to attend will result in full payment being due, and an invoice will be issued.
