All applications are juried to create a balanced and engaging event that offers diversity, quality, and a positive overall customer experience.

    Please Note:

    • Each show is assigned a unique pricing level. Refer to the level listed beside each city to confirm the associated costs.
    • Full payment upon approval is strongly recommended. If full payment cannot be made immediately, a deposit of 20% or $200 (whichever is higher) is required to hold your space.
    • Booths are not reserved without payment.
    • Set-up takes place the day before each show, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise specified. This is the only authorized time for booth setup.
    • Please maintain respectful etiquette during both load-in and load-out to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved.
    • We kindly ask vendors to park farther from the main entrance so our guests can enjoy convenient access to the show — thank you for helping us create a great experience for everyone!
