2. AUTHORIZATION
The Property Manager explicitly AUTHORIZES Premier Property Partners, LLC to:
a. Conduct drive-throughs on scheduled dates only. Random patrols are not permitted unless approved in writing.
b. Identify and document violations of parking standards and community rules.
c. Issue notices, warnings, or reports to enforce compliance.
d. Contact and contract a towing company of its choice to remove any violating vehicle. persuient to state laws
e. Act fully as the Property Manager’s agent for enforcement of community standards.
3. COSTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
a. This Agreement imposes NO COSTS on the Property Manager for scheduled drive-throughs and enforcement.
b. The Property Manager REMAINS responsible for all other property maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and upkeep.
c. Additional membership services may be elected under a separate agreement and will carry additional costs.
4. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Manager SHALL hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Premier Property Partners, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from enforcement or towing activities. This includes third-party towing actions. This protection does not extend to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated with thirty (30) days’ written notice by either party.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Georgia.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document embodies the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
