- Pre-order Pickup/Delivery Day(s): Saturday @ 4 pm CST
- Complete Pre-order(s) for Saturday pickups close every Wednesday.
- NOTE:
  - Completed Pre-order(s) - Although Pre-order(s) can be recieved, they are not completed and/or fulfilled without payment.
  - Therefore, Pre-order(s) are considered completed once payment is received and not the date the order was created, recevied and/or placed.
  - Completed Pre-order(s) placed after Wednesday will be fulfilled and ready for pickup the following week during our normal Completed pre-order and pickup day.
  - Order Grace Period is 4 days after your delivery day (the following Wednesday). Once your order has not been picked up by the specified grace period with no communication on an arranged pickup day/time, your order could be discarded.
  - We reserve the right to change dates and times of orders, pickups and deliveries.

🧾Regular Orders

✨ Full Payment is due at the time the order is made.

✨ Refunds/Cancellations timeframes begins from "Day 1" which is the day your order was made AND payment was received. Refund amounts are outlined below:
- Day 1 - Full refund.
- Day 2 - 50% refund.
- Day 3 - 10% refund.
- Day 4 - No refund.
🍰 Catered Events and/or Special Orders

✨ When placing catered/event orders, we offer (2) options:
- Pay in full at the time your order is placed or
- Pay a 50% required deposit at the time the order is made.
  - The remaining balance is due 3 days before your order is delivered.
✨ Refunds for event/catered orders are calculated based on the time of cancellation relative to your deposit and event date. Please see the "Let's Talk" section for definitions on checkpoints, etc.

🎀Day 1:
- 25% (half) of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If only the deposit was paid, the refund equals 50% (half) of the that which was paid.
- If the full amount was paid, the refund equals 50% (half) of the total amount that was paid.
🎀Halfway Checkpoint:
- If only the 50% required deposit was paid, the refund will then be 10% of the deposit which was paid.
- If the full amount was paid, the refund will then be 20% of the total which was paid.
🎀3 Day Checkpoint - 3 Days before Pickup/Delivery Date:
- No refunds will be issued.

🧁 Note that refund eligibility is based on your scheduled pickup or delivery date/time and may vary accordingly.

🧁 No order is complete without payment regardless of the day the order was submitted.
- "Day 1" is defined as the day your order is placed AND your 50% deposit or full payment is received.
- Your "Day 1" starts the day your payment is recieved and not the day the order was placed/received.
- The Halfway checkpoint is defined as the midpoint between "Day 1" and your scheduled pickup/delivery date (not the date and time of your event date).
- 3 Days checkpoint is defined as 3 days before your chosen "Pickup/Delivery Date and Time" selected on your form when payment was recieved (not 3 days before your scheduled event).
- Because they play such an important role in order scheduling as well as helping to ensure your order(s) are completed smoothly and in a timely manner, please be mindful of your designated “Day 1” dates and times, as they can directly impact order completion.
- Also, please remember that your order is not complete until payment is recieved, therefore, to help us prepare your order on time and to deliver the beautiful presentation Nibble n Nudge is known for, please be sure to submit timely payment(s) and include accurate contact information for your order.
- While we do our best to send update SMS/texts on your order progres in progress, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of your scheduled pickup date and time. To ensure smooth operations, Nibble n Nudge reserve the rights not be held responsible for orders that are not picked up as scheduled.
- Please be sure to review and follow the delivery date, time, and grace period outlined in the “Pickup Order Guidelines” section of our Home page.
