Please complete this form so we can begin your child’s registration and add them to our waiting list. At the end, you’ll be asked to pay a £55 non-refundable administration fee, which enables us to set up your child’s profile and process your requested days.

At this stage we only collect the essential details about you and your child. We’ll ask for more information closer to your start date (around 12 weeks before) so that everything we hold is as up to date as possible.
