2026 Apex Tryout Registration Form

IMPORTANT! Before you continue, your daughter will need a CURRENT AAU number to register for tryouts (you need a new AAU number every year). You can use your AAU number for ANY club tryout. The AAU website will ask "are you a member of a club?" Please mark " Not at this time" until you have been officially selected and added to a club after tryouts. Get your daughters AAU number at: https://aausports.org/membership/

Glacier High School January 17th & 18th. We HIGHLY recommend going to both days of tryouts inorder to give yourself the best shot at making a team, but attending 1 day is mandatory. Make sure to go to the tryout for your age! NOT the tryout of the team you are hoping to make. Coaches will move players as necessary.
Parent waiver for tryout participation: I give my consent and approval for the participation of my child. I certify that my child is physically fit to partake in the activities during volleyball camp. I, the below signed, release School District 5, and Kalispell Public Schools from all claims on account of injury I sustain while on school premise. Signatures are required so School District 5 can continue to keep the premise open for public use. I will not hold any school, Apex Volleyball Academy, or its coaches or volunteers responsible in the event of injury, accident or illness
