Thank you for your interest in serving at this year's Community Big Give. This year we expect to be packing and delivering 1,500+ full Thanksgiving meals to those who have expressed need within the Sumner-Bonney Lake, Dieringer, or White River School District Communities. Thank you for offering your time and energy to make this year's event a HUGE success.

Be sure to check your confirmation email for further instruction. In this email are links to all instructions for this year's event which will be updated and available by 5pm on November 18th (ie. Specific Role instructions, Delivery Driver Wave Signups). You will receive text and email reminders leading up to the event.

Below, you can sign up for any and all of the roles below. If you are filling out this form for more than one person, please be accurate in how many will be joining you in your family. We have a limited number of spots and want to ensure we will have enough volunteers in each area.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

Here are some simple role descriptions for each role:

DELIVERY DRIVER: Requires up to ~2 hours anytime between 9am and 12:30pm to pick up and do 5 or 10 deliveries (choose 5 or 10 below). Normal size vehicles can easily hold 5 meals (meal bag, turkey, and potatoes), while SUVs can hold 10 meals. You will choose your delivery wave the week of the event (link will be in an email on November 18th by 5pm).

MEAL ASSEMBLY: Requires 2-3 hours from 8:30am - 11:30am. You'll go through the assembly line packing Thanksgiving meals. Other roles will be unboxing turkeys and keeping vehicle stations fully stocked. Once the bags are fully packed, you are free to go, but we'd love it if you signed up for clean up as well.

VEHICLE LOADING: Requires approx 2.5 hours from 8:45am to 11:30. You'll load cars with 5 or 10 meals and work to keep your delivery station stocked with completed meal bags, turkeys, and potatoes.

CLEAN UP: <90 mins. from 10:30am - Noon. Help stack empty pallets, teardown boxes, continue helping stations reload until everything is cleaned up.
