Important Information for Prospective Tenants

APARTMENT WAITLIST DISCLAIMER Waitlist Purpose and Process The apartment waitlist ensures fair and equal access to available units for eligible applicants. Placement on the waitlist is determined by required program criteria, including income level and household size. All applications are processed on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Due to high demand and limited availability, wait times can be lengthy and may extend several years before an applicant is contacted. Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet established income and household size guidelines to qualify for placement on the waitlist. Eligibility does not guarantee that a unit will become available. Apartments are offered only when vacancies occur, and availability is subject to change at any time. Annual Renewal Requirement To maintain your position on the waitlist, you must renew your application every year. Failure to complete the annual renewal will result in removal from the waitlist. A renewal reminder is mailed annually; it is your responsibility to keep your mailing address current to ensure you receive all notices. Reapplication Policy If your name is reached on the waitlist and you are unable to accept a unit at that time, your application will be removed. You must reapply to be considered for future vacancies. IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED FOR HOUSING YOU MUST WAIT 12 MONTHS BEFORE REAPPLYING. Building Accessibility Notice Our property does not have elevators. Most units require climbing more than one flight of stairs. Please carefully consider your mobility needs before applying or accepting a unit.
