2025 Garmin Noosa Triathlon Tri Club Village Booking Terms & Conditions.
            Please read the below terms and conditions carefully. They include an acknowledgement of risk, release of liability and a recreational activity waiver which deprive you of the ability to sue certain parties. By agreeing electronically below, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood all terms and conditions presented to you as part of the registration process
            2025 Garmin Noosa Triathlon Tri Club Village Booking Terms & Conditions.
            The following are the terms and conditions for booking a space (the Village Space) in the TriClub Village (Village) at the 2025 Garmin Noosa Triathlon (the Event) with USM Events Pty Ltd t/as IRONMAN ABN: 67 052 342 239 (the Operator). These terms are not negotiable and by booking a Village Space, the Triathlon Club (the Club) is hereby acknowledging their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
            1. To be eligible for a Village Space, the predominant purpose of the Club must be the delivery of triathlon training or coaching services. The Club’s name must not incorporate any third-party commercial partner or use any words or marks that refer to, or are suggestive of, or confusingly similar to, the logo, name or race distance for any Operator race or event (or any World Triathlon Corporation, the IRONMAN Group or UTMB race or event), or any intellectual property of Operator, World Triathlon Corporation, the IRONMAN Group or UTMB (including without limitation the word “IRON”). Operator reserves the right to refuse entry to the Village for any Club that does not comply with these requirements. Booking a Village Space in the Village is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Village Spaces are subject to availability.
            2. The Club agrees to secure any tent/marquee and any other infrastructure (the
Infrastructure) that it may bring into the Village. The Infrastructure must be sufficiently secured by the Club with weights. In the event that Infrastructure is not safely erected or secured in the reasonable opinion of Operator, the Club may be directed that such Infrastructure be removed/packed down.
            3. By booking a Village Space, the Club accepts all risks of erecting their Infrastructure in an unsecure public area and open to the natural elements.
            4. The Club understands that it is responsible for the security of their possessions brought into the Village at the Event. Operator will not be liable for replacement or repair of any of the Club’s possessions.
            5. The Club understands they are responsible for any damage or injury caused by any items of their Infrastructure. Operator will not be liable for any damage or injury.
            6. The Club understands that it must hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy for the Event weekend.
            7. The Club must:
a. only erect Infrastructure within the Village Space allocated;
b. ensure all Infrastructure is setback from the course in accordance with any
directions by the Operator;
c. not in any way obstruct the conduct of the Event; and
d. not, under any circumstance, affix or otherwise attach Infrastructure to course infrastructure. The Operator reserves the right to request repositioning or removal of any Infrastructure (or related items) should they be deemed to impact on the operations of the Event itself.
            8. There is no fee for Village Space at the Village
            9. In the event of inclement or dangerous weather (for example, strong winds), or for any health and safety reasons or any other reason, Operator reserves the right to direct that Infrastructure be removed or, where necessary, the Village be cancelled in its entirety. Operator will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
            10. The Club agrees to comply with any public health and/or safety directions of Operator staff, representatives or contractors, police, government or health authorities in relation to its operation of a Village Space at the Village.
