Amenities
The Amenities Committee shall exist for the purpose of advising and assisting the Board of Directors in oversight of association pools, lakes, playgrounds, courts, parks and field rules and functions.
Communications
The Communications Committee will develop and oversee a communications strategy that promotes effective communication within the Stonebridge Ranch community and between the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA) Board and residents.
Finance
The Finance Committee shall advise the Board of Directors relating to budgeting, financial operations, accounting matters, SRCA Long Term Investments managed by a 3rd party, and complete tasks assigned by the Board.
Landscape & Grounds
Landscape and Grounds The Landscape and Grounds Committee shall exist for the purpose of advising and assisting the Board of Directors in developing and carrying out plans for beautification and maintenance of the community properties and common areas.
Modifications
The Modifications Committee shall exist for the purpose of reviewing and approving or disapproving (as the case may be) any proposed Improvement of an existing Dwelling Unit or additions, modifications, or alterations to existing structures and landscaping on a Lot.
Social
The Social Committee shall exist for the purpose of advising and assisting the Board of Directors in creating activities that: establish in the broader community the image that Stonebridge Ranch is THE premier managed community, foster a sense of neighborhood, while providing a welcoming atmosphere to new residents of the community. The committee will establish, in concert with the Board and the Communications Committee, a process for identifying the needs and desires of the community, develop a program to meet those needs and oversee the social programs in order to ensure that such pre-determined needs are met.
