After submitting your completed form, you will receive a course confirmation email - if you don't see it please check all your email folders as sometimes the confirmation may appear in an Updates or Spam folder, or type Jotform into your email search.

IRMTNZ Foundation Course Refund Policy
If for any reason a Course Participant finds they cannot complete the Foundation Course at any stage, they will be liable for a proportion of costs incurred before any refund can be considered.

The development of the Course Participants own teaching skills and the Course Co-ordinator's time and support must be appropriately acknowledged as tabled by the Course Co-ordinator in her daily conract timesheet calculated per hour. Therefore set-up time, emails, skype phone calls and text messages will be calculated accordingly.

Any module started will not be refunded. Any module not yet started may be refunded at $100.
