    Please note:

    1. This form is for all exhibitors with a booth or meeting room who require graphic printing for the backwall of their shell scheme stand.

    2. To ensure timely production of all orders, please order in advance by 07 January 2026 to enjoy standard rates. On-site rates will apply from 08 January 2026.

    3. All backwall graphics have to be ordered through and installed by our Official Stand Contractor, A Plus Utility Management Co., Ltd.

    4. Upon submission of form, kindly send your ready artwork file in AI, Vector or EPS format in the stated dimension to sbteam@aplusutility.com by Wednesday, 07 January 2026.

    5. There will only be a 50% refund for any cancellations on or after 08 January 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations between 20 - 29 January 2026.
