What is this about?
To ensure our Neighbourhood Plan reflects the policies and community actions you want, we would like you to complete this questionnaire.
Whilst the policies are briefly summarised within this questionnaire, please read the full Policy Intentions Document before providing your answers. This can be viewed on the Masham Parish Council website page where you accessed this form.
Your input will help us determine whether the proposed policies and community actions meet your wishes. We would also like you to tell us about any additional issues that you think should be considered. If an issue is commonly raised and falls within the scope of the Plan, we will seek to include a policy to reflect it.
Who can respond?
This document should be completed by all residents aged 16 or over and by anyone who lives elsewhere but who works or operates here, or has a specific interest in the Plan Area. It should be completed anonymously.
What can I comment on?
You can comment on any aspect of the Plan. We have provided space for comments after each of the questions on the individual Policies (Q1-34) and within the question covering the Community Actions (Q35). There is also space for general comments at the end (Q36) which can be about the process we have followed or anything else connected to the Plan, as well as the Plan itself.
You do not have to answer all the questions. Please answer as many as you wish - every response we receive is important.
As you will be aware, we carried out an initial Consultation within the community during 2023. Please note that if you still hold the same views and wish to have these re-considered at this stage, you will need to set them out again on this Consultation response form.
What other information do I need to provide?
It would be helpful if you complete the brief 'general information' section at the very end of this questionnaire so that we are able to establish that all sectors of the community are involved within the consultation process.
When do you need the responses back?
