💧 How It Works

1️⃣ Bag It Up
Place your laundry in standard 33-gallon bags (or multiple if needed). Please separate delicate items before pickup.

2️⃣ Leave Laundry Outside (Contactless Pickup)
On your scheduled pickup day, leave your bags outside your door, porch, or designated pickup area for contactless service.
Our driver will safely collect your laundry and send a text or email confirmation once it’s picked up.

3️⃣ Wash, Dry & Fold
Your laundry is washed using scented detergent by default (scent-free available upon request).
🧸 oversized items like comforters, duvets, or rugs are washed separately for proper cleaning and sanitation.

4️⃣ Delivery

🚚 Express Delivery: within 24 hours (add-on option)
🚚 Standard Delivery: within 48 hours
You’ll receive a delivery notification once your clean, folded laundry is on its way.
Contactless delivery is available — we’ll leave your order in the same safe location as pickup.
5️⃣ Payment
Secure online payment is collected through this form when booking your service.
