Housing Needs

$190/night per room. Please fill out additional forms if there are not enough rooms below. If you are splitting a room with another chapter, you must confirm with that chapter and both chapters needs to have matching rooming lists for those shared rooms. Costs for split rooms are assuming a total of 4 people in the room. It there are less, the rest of the room rate will be split proportionally to the chapters in the room.

Make-up Advocacy Training Registration

If your student was originally registered for the training in November, but dropped due to illness or conflicting schedule and you paid for that student already - you will not be charged again. If however, this is a new student that was never registered, you will be charged $20 to cover facilities, materials, and the trainer fee. There is NO meal included for this training. It will take place Wednesday, January 21st from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Homewood Suites in Downtown Richmond.

Please understand that Virginia FFA will work with chapters that need to cancel after the deadline (January 7th). However, if we are not able to cancel or change any accommodation, that cost will be passed on to the chapter. In the event of inclement weather and the event has to be pushed to the snow dates of January 28th and 29th, we will confirm your attendance and make every attempt to work with chapters in regards to changes.
