An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is a company other than the "general or official" service provider on the show that requires access to your booth during installation and dismantling. The EAC may only provide services in the facility that are not designated by the facility as "exclusive" to a designated provider, or by the show organizer in a contract as an exclusive service for the "general or official" service provider or other third party.

This form, accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance from the EAC showing possession of a valid public general liability and property damage insurance policy for at least $2,000,000. The certificate of insurance must name MTS – MM LLC; Merchandise Mart LLC, theMart Manager LLC, Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., Vornado Realty Trust, Vornado Realty LP as additional insured must be submitted by the contractor and approved by Show Management or access will be denied.

By submitting this form, the Exhibitor and Contractor agrees that MTS – MM LLC; Merchandise Mart LLC, theMart Manager LLC, Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., Vornado Realty Trust, Vornado Realty LP, GCJ Management, LLC shall have no liability to any party for damage or injuries caused by Exhibitor or its third party agents. It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to provide its EACs with all show rules and regulations as set forth in the Exhibitor space lease and the Exhibitor Kit/Service Manual.

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and defend MTS – MM LLC; Merchandise Mart LLC, theMart Manager LLC, Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., Vornado Realty Trust, Vornado Realty LP, GCJ Management LLC for the actions of its agents and exhibitor appointed contractors. The Exhibitor agrees that it is ultimately responsible for all services in connection with the exhibit, including freight, rentals and labor. Exhibitor agrees to be responsible for any losses, damages or injuries that are caused by or attributed to EACs that are not covered or provided by EAC’s insurance.
