By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Raffle, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document and the official Raffle Rules.Vehicle Grand Prize Payment CancellationIn the event a raffle winner is awarded the vehicle (the "Grand Prize") and the underlying payment for the winning raffle ticket (e.g., credit card, debit, or e-check transaction) is subsequently cancelled, reversed, disputed, or otherwise rejected by the donor's financial institution after the winner has been declared and/or taken possession of the vehicle, the following strict consequences will apply:Immediate Voiding of Prize: The Grand Prize award will be deemed immediately null and void and the winner's claim to the vehicle will be forfeited.Repossession: Caring for Communities reserves the absolute right to immediately initiate and execute the repossession of the vehicle. The disqualified winner will be held fully and personally liable for all costs associated with the repossession, storage, legal fees, and administrative expenses incurred by the Organization in recovering the property.Financial Liability: The former winner shall be liable to the Organization for any and all damages, including the market value of the vehicle if it cannot be recovered or is damaged while in their possession.No Compensation: The disqualified winner will have no right to any alternative prize, monetary compensation, or refund for the original ticket purchase or for any expenses incurred related to the vehicle while it was under their control (e.g., insurance, registration, maintenance).Cash Prize Payment Cancellation and FraudFor all cash prizes awarded, if the underlying payment for the winning raffle ticket is subsequently cancelled, reversed, or rejected by the donor's financial institution:Criminal Pursuit for Grand Theft: The act of accepting a cash prize while knowingly allowing or initiating the cancellation of the underlying ticket payment constitutes an act of obtaining funds by deception or fraud. As a non-profit organization dedicated to public trust, Caring for Communities will aggressively pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a formal police complaint for Grand Theft and/or other severe criminal charges to the highest degree permitted under applicable federal, state, and local laws.Full Restitution: The individual will be legally required to make full and immediate restitution of the entire cash prize amount, plus any associated legal fees, bank fees, and administrative damages incurred by the Organization.General Terms and ConditionsPayment Clearance is Mandatory: No prize, whether vehicle or cash, will be released until the winning ticket payment has been fully cleared and confirmed as irrevocable by the Organization's financial institution.
