By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that Strathcona Elementary School, the Parent Organizing Committee, and its volunteers are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring at, or as a result of, participation in the Strathcona Community Spring Market.
This is a rain or shine outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for bringing appropriate coverings or equipment to protect themselves and their products from the elements.
In the case of extreme weather, as determined by the host, the market will be moved indoors to Strathcona Elementary. All vendor fees are final and non-refundable. If the event must be postponed or cancelled by the organizers, your payment will be credited toward a future market date within 12 months of the original event.
Please note: This market is a fundraiser for Strathcona Elementary School. Vendor table fees, bake sale proceeds, and other event fundraising activities directly support the school community. All profits from vendor sales remain entirely with the vendors themselves.
