Through mentorship, service, and sustained excellence, she has built a legacy defined not only by her accomplishments, but by the generations of leaders she has inspired and empowered.
"The Trailblazer Award--- Recognizing Emerging Brilliance and Boundless Potential" This award honors a rising woman leader—typically under 35—whose energy, ideas, and influence are already making waves. She represents the next generation of changemakers with a commitment to excellence, inclusion, and community-driven progress. Her future shines as brightly as her present.
"The Catalyst Award--- For Driving Innovation, Equity, and Organizational Change" Presented to a woman who ignites meaningful transformation within companies, industries, or institutions. Whether leading in corporate settings, entrepreneurial ventures, or public systems, she is advancing forward-thinking solutions and embedding equity and impact into the core of how things are done.
"The Beacon Award--- Illuminating Community Through Compassionate Leadership" This award celebrates a woman whose service uplifts others—especially in the realms of nonprofit work, education, healthcare, and social equity. She meets needs, fills gaps, and strengthens the heart of Montana through dedication, empathy, and everyday leadership that makes a lasting difference.
