    Our Local Artisans Wall, Vendor Booth Rentals, Retail Suites and Events are rented on a first come, first served basis. 

    *All Booth Options excluding the outdoor Vendor Market Vendors please note, you will pay The DownTown Patty 13% of all Monthly Sales, including Sales Taxes and  Processing Fees

    All Vendors must provide an Inventory Sheet at check in with Pricing and Item Numbers.

    All pricing displayed in our store must be visible and legible with hanging or affixed price tags displaying business name or logo including clear pricing. Item description is recommended.

    All isles must remain clear of debris to allow space for customers to navigate our store easily.

    All Vendor Booth Rentals must commit to a monthly refresh of their booth spaces but it recommended to do this refresh weekly during business hours.

    Vendors are NOT required to have a Business License in Chesapeake.

    No,Vendors do NOT have to carry insurance but it is recommended. The store’s policy does not cover vendors or loss of merchandise.

    Yes, Vendors are allowed to have cameras in their spaces to view their spaces only and no audio is allowed. 

    No, Vendors will NOT receive tax information from the store as each vendor will be responsible for reporting their own income.

    Yes, Vendors please advertise your business on your socials and within your space

    Yes, All Vendor Subcribers will be allowed to participate in our outdoor events at no additional cost. Must be included in map out prior to event date.

    The amount of Vendors within our store will flucuate depending on size, need and availiability.

    No Food or Drink Sales Indoors: Only eligible for Outdoor Monthly Markets

    All Vendor Payments are due by the 20th of the previous month and paid out on the 7th of each Month for the previous month minus all applicable fees and taxes. Each Vendor will recieve a print out on items sold. 

    All Vendors must give at least 30 Days Notice to Vacate.

    No Refunds or Cancellations on Event Purchases

    No Refunds on Vendor Bookings

     

    All Security Deposits will be reimbursed once space is empty and Final Payment to vendor is issued.
