  • DECLARATION OF CHANGE IN PERMIT STATUS / CANCELLATION

  • Permit holders who choose not to renew their Permit may do so by submitting the required Declaration of Change in Permit Status to ACLS prior to the expiry of the current Permit on December 31.

Should you later wish to reinstate your Permit, a reinstatement fee will apply as follows:

    • $175 if the Permit has lapsed for less than three (3) years
    • $250 if the Permit has lapsed for three (3) years or more

By filing the Declaration before December 31, you will otherwise avoid all other penalties associated with non-renewal and late payment.
