• Lodging (shared bedrooms & bathrooms. There are bunk beds but plenty of beds on the lower level for everyone to have one!) *Bedrooms are upstairs*

$75 deposit due with registration; Balance due by Sept 3rd; $20 late fee for payments received after Sept 3rd.

*Cancellation Policy*

• Please make your cancellation in writing (email is fine).
• Cancellations more 30 days before the start of the retreat will receive a full refund (less any credit card fees incurred by me).
• Cancellations between 2 weeks & 30 days before the start of the retreat will receive a refund of any amount paid over the deposit (less any credit card fees).
• If cancellation is received after the final payment due date, no refunds will be given.
• You may, however, transfer your registration to another attendee. Please make sure to let me know, in writing, who the new person is. She will be responsible for paying me any balance due. She is also responsible for reimbursing you, persuant to any agreement the two of you make.
• An exception will be made in the event that I have a waiting list and I'm able to fill your spot for you. This exception will be made on a case by case basis.
