Ohio Collective Vendor Application
This is an application to be a vendor within Ohio Collective at New Towne Mall, located in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The Ohio Collective store features artisans with homemade, handmade and soul generated goods. Upon approval of submission each vendor will be required to sign a lease agreement for space utilized. Monthly space rental cost is based on space utilized (prices start at $20 per month) and the store retains 15% of sales. The store is responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to the State of Ohio. Vendors will receive sales reports throughout the month to monitor sales. Payouts from sales are within the first week following month. (Example: Sales made in September will be sent within the first week of October via direct deposit.) Alike/ similar vendors are permitted but limited to prevent replication of multiple alike vendors.
