Important Information

Social Events

• 1 Host Sponsor
• The Host Sponsor is responsible for costs of venue, food, drinks, step n repeat, foam boards, etc.
• Present and provide 3-4 raffle give aways (each valued at min $50)
• Host Sponsor can ask other RP Partners to co-sponsor together
• $1,000 reservation fee that goes towards event costs

Materclass Events

• Up to 8 sponsors for each event
• $750 sponsorship
• Paid upon reservation
• More details below

ESPE Awards

• Multiple Sponsorships levels
• You can sponsor more than one (ie: Drink Sponsor + ESPE Award Sponsor)
• In order to secure sponsorship full payment must be made

Social Events Host Sponsor

(1 Available per Event)

What do you get?

• YOU ARE THE SOLO SPONSOR OF THIS EVENT
• Host Sponsor can ask other RP Partners to co-sponsor together
• Your logo on the Step & Repeat along with RP Logo (red carpet banner)
• Speak at event (2-3 Minutes)
• Can have a booth at the event
• Extra event tickets for team members
• Involment in event recap video
• Let us know what else you would like and we can see if we can make it happen!

Requirements of Host Sponsor:

• Cover costs associated with the event (venue, food, drinks, step n repeat, foam boards, etc.)
• Call Jordan or Lance to discuss event costs (varies per venue)
• $1,000 reservation fee that goes towards RP event costs (marketing materials, staff, etc)
• Present and provide 3-4 raffle give aways (each valued at min $50)
• Many of you have venue that could work or have relationships with venues that would love to host an event like this
• If you want to add things to make the event extra special that is up to you.
• If you would like another business to co-host the event you can do that as long as they are another RP Vetted Business. It would be up to you as the Host Sponsor to find a Co-Host.

What is a Punch Card Raffle?

• In order to be in the raffle, attendees must go to your booth to get their card punched.
• Incentivizes attendees to visit your booth
