Which tasks would you like to help us with? Most of these tasks are in person and needed for the day of the event.

Help set up before the event starts — things like putting up tables, signs, and getting supplies ready.
Greet people as they arrive, help them sign in, and give out any info or materials they need.
Help serve food or samples and make sure the area stays clean and organized.
Help keep Mac and Cheese lines flowing well and take food tickets from participants.
Hang out at the Vegan Outreach table, talk to visitors, and hand out booklets or info.
Be a runner! Jump in wherever needed — grabbing supplies, helping with communication, or any quick tasks that come up.
Stick around at the end to help clean up — pack up supplies, take down tables, and leave the space tidy.
Take photos and videos of the event as a photographer.
Reach out to businesses to request sponsorship or donations (remote work).
